So one can almost sense the tide is turning when a story like this shows up on CNN. My personal belief is it’s more a case of rats off a sinking ship than a sudden realization that everything they’ve told us for three years has been wrong or a lie, but we’ll take the wins when we can. Today’s headline: “FDA vaccine advisers ‘disappointed’ and ‘angry’ that early data about new Covid-19 booster shot wasn’t presented for review last year”.
It seems (my bold) “Some vaccine advisers to the federal government say they’re “disappointed” and “angry” that government scientists and the pharmaceutical company Moderna didn’t present a set of infection data on the company’s new Covid-19 booster during meetings last year when the advisers discussed whether the shot should be authorized and made available to the public. That data suggested the possibility that the updated booster might not be any more effective at preventing Covid-19 infections than the original shots.” So not only did the drug company lie (which is to be expected), but “government scientists” did as well. Huh, who’da thunk it? And notice the whitewashing of “suggested the possibility”. The good folks over at CNN can’t quite bring themselves to be completely honest, but again, take the win and press on.
Here’s the remarkable bottom line: “The data that was not presented to the experts looked at actual infections: who caught Covid-19 and who did not. It found that 1.9% of the study participants who received the original booster became infected. Among those who got the updated bivalent vaccine – the one that scientists hoped would work better – a higher percentage, 3.2%, became infected. Both versions of the shot were found to be safe.”
Of course the shot was “found to be safe”. Of course it was. The interesting question is why would anybody believe that when they JUST TOLD US that both the government and the drug company lied about the vaccine’s effectiveness? “It’s safe and effective. OK, not really effective, but definitely safe…DEFINITELY.”
The actual headline here should be “Bivalent booster INCREASES infections by about 70%!” The real difference; how much “protection” you actually bought yourself with this stupid booster, by the data of the stupid booster making company themselves, is negative 1.3%. I wonder what Tiny Tony would say about that?
Here’s what you should know about the “study” by which this booster was authorized: “Primary objectives were safety and reactogenicity, and immunogenicity of 50-μg mRNA-1273.214 compared with 50-μg mRNA-1273. Immunogenicity data 28 days after the booster dose are presented.” Notice there is NO MENTION of infections, Will taking this booster protect you from getting infected? Don’t know, don’t care. Just roll up your sleeve.
But you keep believing the “experts”. 2023 is gonna be an interesting year to watch all the liars climb over each other to try to get on the right side of this whole thing. Don’t let them fool you again.
