So last week Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the “Director” of the CDC (who needed to hire public relations coaches to help her lie better to the public) and my very favorite of all the idiots (although I do actually feel sorry for her, she's in so far over her head) sat for an interview for something called “Grand Rounds” from Washington University in St. Louis. Now remember that this is the same CDC that can’t keep track of how many people have been hospitalized with COVID or how many people have been vaccinated. OK, terrific!
Interestingly, she, and the other “experts” and medical personnel in attendance were all wearing masks, even though Joe Biden and hundreds of our overlords crowded into the Capitol just two days before with no masks and yukked it up like the very important people they are because you know…science. Of course the “experts” at this Walensky thing took their masks off to speak and spew their personal poison out to the people, because that makes sense. What’s that you say? They have to take their masks off when they speak so others can understand them? Tell that to the tens of millions of school kids who’ve spent almost two years being “taught” by somebody in a mask, because you know…SCIENCE! Here are some highlights.
“Where could we have improved? I can tell you where I was when the CNN FEED CAME that it was 95 percent effective, the vaccine…” So the “Director” of the CDC, who overseas a workforce of more than 15,000 people (I think something like 2,000 dedicated just to COVID) gets her information on the vaccines from CNN? Does that strike anyone else as odd or disturbing? Or oddly disturbing? You think Fauci gets his info from Sherwood the Squirrel from the Magic Garden (Google it)? By the way, where is “The Science” these days?
“NOBODY said waning, when, when you know, oh this vaccine’s going to work. Oh well, maybe it’ll work…it’ll wear off. NOBODY said what if the next variant doesn’t, it doesn’t, it’s not as potent against the next variant.” When she talked about the vax “waning” she laughed through that party; I guess that’s funny. Also, plenty of people raised concerns about the vaccine’s effectiveness against other “variants”. But whatever.
“…The truth is, science is gray. And science is not always immediate. And it sometimes, it takes MONTHS AND YEARS to actually find out the answer.” So next time some lying idiot tells you they “KNOW” the vaccine is safe and effective, remember the wise words of the Oracle of the CDC. I thought those PR experts were supposed to stop her from saying the true things out loud. Oh well, back to class Rochelle.
I had a friend challenge me the other day concerning my casual usage of words like idiot, moron, and imbecile (my personal favorite) when describing the people in charge of our lives over these last two years. He has a point; they’re not actually technically idiots, but relative to the positions they hold, they are absolutely idiots. But if you want to keep listening to them, you do you.
