We posted about this, months ago. Take a good vitamin D3 supplement. We use Carlson brand Super D3 (2,000 IU per drop) and we take two to three drops per day.  Zinc seems to be helpful, too. And if you’re still eating the Standard American Diet (SAD), stop it and start eating real food. Stop eating processed foods to help lower you insulin level and improve your metabolic health which appears to be a major factor for many in how well you withstand a coronavirus infection. You can begin to improve your metabolic health in as little as two weeks when you stop eating garbage.

In addition, targeted vitamin D3 supplementation of people tested SARS-CoV-2-positive may be warranted.”
