If you or a friend are in need of healing of body, mind, or spirit, please join us for this very special, secular mindful meditation circle. We each come to the circle with our own needs, but we are deeply aware of the importance of helping others.

Instead of starting a new year’s resolution that leaves you feeling disappointed in yourself by February, why not do something that will literally change your brain to be more focused, happier, and gain more fulfillment in your life with results beginning on the very first day you practice?
This course is for the adult student who is interested in learning about and incorporating scientifically based mindfulness into daily life, or the more advanced adult student who is looking to breathe a breath of life into an existing, forgotten or struggling practice. No matter your religious or spiritual background, you will feel at home in this welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere.
Why practice mindfulness? To increase self-awareness, decrease stress and anxiety, and to increase happiness and fulfillment in our lives and the lives of those around us.
We will introduce a variety of topics in a comfortable, safe, respectful environment, through lecture, PowerPoint presentation, video, discussion and practice. Some of the topics will include the following:

- Your Life’s Purpose
